Listening to young people is how we learn how to best support them as each person is an individual and we must adapt to support their different strengths and needs. We pride on having management that have an Indigenous background to provide a deeper knowledge and understanding on the best way to approach the unfortunate over-representation of Indigenous people in the child protection and NDIS system.
